What's Included in the Refund Policy
At Queen of the Green, we limit our class sizes to ensure every person receives personalized attention and a quality experience. By purchasing a lesson, clinic, event, or session you acknowledge that you are responsible for attending the scheduled time. Because we pre-pay for range balls, instructors, and equipment, "no shows" are generally ineligible for a refund. We know life happens, so please reach out to us with an explanation and we will do our best to accommodate.
Weather Policy
Golf is an outdoor sport, but safety is our priority. If we cancel a session due to severe weather (lightning, flooding, etc.) you will receive a full refund or guaranteed spot in the rescheduled make-up date.
If there is a light drizzle and the course remains open, the session will proceed as planned unless otherwise noted by the team.
